Health and Nutrition Coaching

Hello my name is Donna Ricketts aka GoodFoodMama, and I am a Health Coach that works and thinks outside the box! One of my greatest pleasures in life is helping people understand what it means to be healthy and how to do this. My approach to health coaching is not a one size fits all approach. Every person has specific, individual needs. As your health coach I will develop a wellness plan with recommendations for diet, exercise and lifestyle based on your specific goals and needs, therefore creating habits that seamlessly integrate into your lifestyle. In addition I will provide ongoing support, accountability, check-in’s, and potential changes to your plan along the way.

My goal with health coaching is not about your short-term success, but rather your long-term success with optimal health.

Get Me Started 1-Month – 300.00 Includes an initial one-hour, weekly check-ins by phone, email, Skype or in person and suggestions for diet and exercise.

3 Months – 750.00 (50.00 savings)
6 Months – 1350.00 (50.00 savings)

Includes an initial one-hour health assessment/session (via phone. email or in person) and weekly check-ins by phone, email, Skype or in person as well as weekly affirmations.

3 and 6 month sessions also receive written recommendations for:

• Diet
• Exercise
• Lifestyle
