My Anatomy of Walking

I love to walk.  Everyone who knows me, knows if there is a choice to walk versus hopping in a car or on a bus I would walk. Walking helps reduce your carbon footprint and it is a great way to learn about and experience your neighborhood or city. Besides a good pair of walking shoes, you don’t need any special equipment to walk.
