Happy New Year! Hope your holidays were filled with unforgettable moments of happiness!

My wish for you and myself for 2016 are more unforgettable moments of happiness and the ability to do what you want when you want – FITNESS – mind, body and soul!


That being said, no resolutions here, I stopped those years ago. What I do instead is reflect on the past year and look at what went well and try to continue and improve on it in the New Year. For areas in my life that didn’t go exactly how I might have hoped I will take a different approach.

One thing I am going to practice is more “Gratitude”! This simple exercise is one that does not take much effort at all, but can produce immediate results.
