Post Workout Smoothie – Kiwi Honeydew Spinach and Banana

A great workout deserves a great smoothie! Here is the recipe for my Kiwi, Honeydew, Spinach and Banana smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 overripe banana
¼ of a large honeydew
3 kiwis
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
1 cup almond milk (or your milk of choice)
optional: ice

Directions:

Cut the banana, melon and kiwi into small pieces.
Blend the fruit, spinach and milk.
Add ice to taste.
Serve immediately. Yields: 2 large servings.
