Happy Monday! It’s at this point into the New Year that most people tend to fall off the New Year’s Resolution wagon. My advice to you, get rid of your resolutions and set some realistic, attainable goals towards a healthy lifestyle!
Example: Lets say on January 1, you said I want to lose 20lbs by February 1! What? 20lbs of fat? That is not realistic at all!
Here is an example of a more realistic goal: My goal is to lose 1 to 2 lbs of fat a week with a total fat loss of 8 to 10 lbs by the end of February!
Do you see the difference? Now you must make sure you establish habits that will support you as you work towards your goal!
