“Eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we diet” I don’t think so!

Here is my New Year’s Eve wish for you: Eat your favorite foods, but not to much; drink plenty of water and be merry by being physical like, biking, walking, jogging, dancing or laughing the night away with friends and family ringing out the old and bringing in the new for tomorrow we eat good food, drink plenty of water and be happy getting physically active!
