Hello my name is Donna Ricketts and I started GoodFoodMama as a result, of the many conversations with my two daughters about healthy and not-so-healthy snacks, school lunches and building a healthy relationship with food.
I am a health coach, educator and writer passionate about helping others make healthy choices.
As a health coach, I help my clients reach their best health potential by developing healthier eating habits based on balance and practicing mindfulness, not by restriction or deprivation, so that they can live a life free of weight related health issues, have more energy and feel good about their bodies.
I love to write! I have written numerous articles on nutrition and fitness for websites, such as SFGate.com and TheNest.com.
