This week is all about Being Healthy All Week – starting with Mondays! Also March is National Nutrition Month a dedicated month that focuses on the importance of making informed food choices and developing healthy eating and physical activity habits. The theme for 2015 is “Bite into a Healthy Lifestyle,” so this month I will be posting and tweeting a bit more aggressively about creating a healthy lifestyle!

The Kids Cook Mondays – The Kids Cook Monday campaign encourages parents and kids to cook and eat together. This is a weekly practice at our house!
